How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier and they will have the most current information regarding your package. LashBar Pro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
When will my order arrive?
LashBar Pro oprocesses orders Monday- Friday, excluding major US holidays. Most items are shipped same day. Orders received after 2PM PST will ship the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Every shipment comes with a tracking number. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping address is correct. If you have any questions about your order and shipment, please contact email@example.com for support.
While we do ship world wide, some products may not be available for international shipping due to restrictions. In the instance that product is unavailable for international shipment you’ll be contacted by a LashBar™ representative.
Can I return my order?
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. We offer a 14 day return policy on unopened and unused items. This excludes adhesives. All adhesives are final sale and can not be returned.
Please fill out a return request under your account to request a refund. If your return is approved you’ll receive further instructions on how to ship your products back to us. Refunds are made back to the original form of payment. We do not cover return shipping fees.
Please note, we are not able to offer returns or refunds on closeout sale items. Closeout products are final sale.
Training classes are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a date change.

One of my products is damaged, what do I do?
We pride ourselves on providing top quality products. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, please open a return request under your account within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a replacement. Be sure to include photos of the damaged product(s).
