Cream Remover

Gamma Butyroasctone, Montmorillonite, Copolymer

1. Tape down your guests eye lashes like during a normal lash appointment.

2. Put a little bit of the remover on a micro brush and gently distribute it evenly across the lash line.

3. Using two micro brushes, go over the lashes again to ensure the cream remover coats every remaining lash extension.

4. Wait 30 seconds and then using two micro brushes, start pulling the old lash extensions gently off the real lashes.

5. Make sure to remove all excess cream before washing eyes.

6. Use the LashBar Air Lash Machine to wash eyes thoroughly with water and use the air function to dry it off.

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. We offer a 14 day return policy on unopened and unused items. This excludes adhesives. All adhesives are final sale and can not be returned.

Please fill out a return request under your account to request a refund. If your return is approved you’ll receive further instructions on how to ship your products back to us. Refunds are made back to the original form of payment. We do not cover return shipping fees. 

Please note, we are not able to offer returns or refunds on closeout sale items. Closeout products are final sale.

Training classes are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date. Please contact training@lashbar.com to request a date change.

Damaged Products

We pride ourselves on providing top quality products. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, please open a return request under your account within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a replacement. Be sure to include photos of the damaged product(s).

Shipping

Shipping is based on item weight and location. Postage will be estimated in your shopping cart and displayed prior to checking out. Most items are shipped same day. Orders received after 2PM PST will ship the next business day. Business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.

Every shipment comes with a tracking number. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping address is correct. If you have any questions about your order and shipment, please contact orders@lashbar.com for support. 

While we do ship world wide, some products may not be available for international shipping due to restrictions. In the instance that product is unavailable for international shipment you’ll be contacted by a LashBar™ representative.
