Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our outmost priority. We offer a 14 day return policy on unopened and unused items. Please fill out a return request under your account to request a refund. If your return is approved you’ll receive further instructions on how to ship your products back to us. Refunds are made back to the original form of payment.
Any products returned after the 14 days will only be approved for Store Credit.
We pride ourselves in providing top quality products. In the unlikely event that you’ve received damaged products or you have quality concerns beyond your control, please open a return request under your account within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

Training classes are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date. Please contact email@example.com to request a date change.
Shipping is based on item weight and location. Postage will be estimated in you shopping cart and displayed prior to checking out. Most items are shipped same day. Orders received after 2PM PST will ship the next business day. Business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.
Every shipment comes with a tracking number. It is customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping address is correct. If you have any questions about your order and shipment, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for support.
While we do ship world wide, some products may not be available for international shipping due to restrictions. In the instance that product is unavailable for international shipment you’ll be contacted by a LashBar™ representative.
